Terms.

These terms cover two things: using this website, and working with us on a build. The full wording below is legal text, not marketing copy, and is written to be accurate rather than persuasive.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of nawiratech.com and its sister addresses, and set the general basis on which Nawira Tech (“we”, “us”) works with clients. Where we agree a proposal or contract with you in writing, that document applies alongside these terms, and if the two disagree, the written proposal wins. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Using this website

You may use the site for lawful purposes and to find out about our work. Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, copy it in bulk with automated tools that harm its running, or use it to send us material that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

The site gives general information about what we do. It is not professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer that binds us until we have agreed a proposal with you in writing. We take care to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or up to date, and any example, figure or result shown is illustrative unless it says otherwise. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Working with us on a build

Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out what we will build, what you need to provide, the price and how it is paid, and the timescale. Work begins once you have accepted it. Prices and dates in a proposal depend on you supplying what we ask for, such as text, images, logins and decisions, on time. If the scope changes, we will tell you what it means for price and timing before doing the extra work.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the material you give us, and for having the right to use it. Third-party services that a project relies on, such as hosting, domains, email or AI models, have their own terms and charges, which we will point out in the proposal; you hold the accounts for them unless we agree otherwise.

Intellectual property

The site itself, including its design, text, images, films and code, belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Names and logos of other businesses shown on the site belong to them and are used only to show who we work with.

For client work, ownership of the finished deliverables passes to you when the invoice for them is paid in full. We keep ownership of our general tools, methods and know-how, and of any pre-existing material, and give you the right to use anything of that kind that is built into your deliverables for as long as you use them. We may describe the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project. We take reasonable care and skill in our work, but we cannot promise particular business results, search rankings or levels of sales.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site, and a proposal you have accepted keeps the terms that applied when you accepted it. This page was last updated on 30 September 2026.
